"Vorskan", an entertainment complex includes shooting ground, hippodrome with thoroughbred horses, restaurant, open-air summer café with pavilions, a few guest houses, and two storey banquet hall. There is a picturesque panorama of the gorge from the territory of the complex. The animals that stroll in the big enclosed territory around the complex create unique atmosphere in the restaurant. There is an artificial waterfall within the territory that turns the mill-wheel as well as a few wooden bridges over the tiny brooks. All the territory and buildings have a special illumination in the evenings.
There is a two storey hall in the territory of the complex where the modern and ancient national motifs supplement each other, and the natural materials are harmonically combined with advanced ideas of designer art.
Banquet hall
There is a banquet hall on the first floor of the building for 40 persons. The interior is in light beige colors. Decorative finishing of the walls and arches by tuff (natural stone) adds brightness to the color gamma and originality to the interior.
The second banquet hall is situated on the second floor (for 160-180 persons). The interior of the hall is also in light color gamma that is set off by dark wooden furniture. The restaurant consists of a several closed houses-coupe, a few small separate halls with terraces, a special hall for “khash” and also room for barbeque.
Menu
The best and distinctive dishes of Armenian cuisine are served in the restaurant: barbeques, roast, khashlama, kyufta, snacks, salads, greens, assortment of Armenian cheese etc. There is a “tonratun” (bakery) where the unforgettably tasty bread calld «lavash” is baked. It is always served here fresh and fragrant.
Shooting ground
For those who like weapon there is a 25-meter ground for 6 shots. You will have an opportunity to choose pistols “Margo” and “Izh” or optical guns. Professionals can perfect their skill and the beginners will be able to make their first steps in the shooting ground. The instructor of higher category (master of sports) works in the shooting ground.
The professional and skeet shooting grounds are for the shooting of flying discs. Up to 4 shots can shoot the disks (from 9-11 cm) simultaneously. There is a weapon with cartridges (diameter 12 mm). There is also an opportunity to perfect skills of archery and arbalest shooting. You can hunt bore, rabbit, turkey, and duck of your own choice. There is Kalashnikov submachine gun if you wish.
Hippodrome
Wonderful and well-groomed horses, qualitative toe cams that are surrounded by majestic panorama will give you the sense of unity with the nature. |
