The "Residency Nork" was opened in september of 2009. The hotel is located in Nor-Nork Massive, 15 minutes driving distance from city center.

Capacity:
The hotel has 34 comfortable standard rooms for non - smokers and two Luxe rooms. The modern and quiet design of the rooms will ensure your rest and complete comfort. There are balconies with a view of park in all rooms.

Rooms:
Standard rooms have one room. There is a king size bed, wardrobe with a mirror, writing table, TV, mini-bar in the rooms. There is a also a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Luxe rooms have two rooms; these consist of spacious sitting room and bedroom. There are two armchairs with coffee table, writing table and wardrobe. One luxe room is with one bathroom, the second luxe with two bathrooms and shower cubicles. Luxe rooms are on the third floor that has a view of park and swimming pool.

Conference-hall:
Conference-hall “Nork” is located on the third floor of the hotel. The hall is convenient for conferences, seminars, lectures, small events and meetings. The hall capacity is maximum 50 persons. The hall has audio system and equipment for present
