Description:
A small private family hotel is situated in the center of Yerevan, on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue. The hotel was reconstructed recently, adding a new mansard part to the old building. The hotel has 7 comfortable rooms. Some rooms look out on Baghramyan Avenue, and the others on the picturesque valley of Hrazdan river. There is a big summer terrace with a fireplace in balcony where the guests can make barbeque and just there enjoy fresh air and the delicious taste of meals. On the first floor a dining room with bar is situated.

Accommodation:
Grig offers the following categories: two Twin rooms, two Double rooms with King size beds, one small Double room (can be used as a Single) and two Deluxe rooms.

Rooms:
Double rooms have either King-size beds or Twins. They consist of one-room with all necessary equipment for a real comfort. There is a sofa in rooms which can be used as an extra bed for the third person. Bathrooms are with shower cabin.

Deluxe: one of Deluxe consists of a living room and a bedroom. The other Deluxe consists of the hall and a bedroom, separated by the wall without door. Deluxe is planned to accommodate 4 people. Rooms have all necessary equipment for a real comfort. There is a sofa in rooms which can be used as an extra bed for the third person. Bathrooms are with shower cabin.

In each room:
Double bed, TV, shelf, table and chairs, shower cabin, refrigerator, Wi-Fi Internet.
Sofa in Deluxe rooms.

Services:
