The guest house is a white three storey building. It has a garden with a swimming pool and artificial waterfall as well as pavilion with wooden table and chairs in a style of restaurant with a stove (traditionally, “tondir”) and fireplace.

There are 7 rooms in the guest house. There is one big or twin bed in every room, TV, refrigerators in three rooms. The maximum capacity is 16-18 persons.
